  • Thursday, October 16 Parents' Weekend 9:00 AM.thru Saturday Oct. 18
  • Saturday, October 18 25th Anniversary Gala. Students may leave after gala event.
  • Tuesday, October 21 Dorm opens at 2:00PM . Students arrive by 7:00 PM.
  • Saturday, November 1 SAT & SAT Subject Tests. Open weekend.
  • Thursday, November 20 Thanksgiving Recess begins at Noon.
  • Monday, December 1 Dorm opens at 2:00 PM. Students return by 7:00 PM.
  • Friday, December 19 Winter Recess begins at Noon.
  • Monday, January 5 Dorm opens at 2:00 PM. Students return by 7:00 PM.
  • Friday, January 30 Winter Weekend begins at Noon.
  • Tuesday, February 3 Students return by 7:00 PM.
  • Friday & Saturday, February 13 & 14 Winter Play Performances
  • Friday, February 27 Spring Recess begins at Noon.
  • Monday, March 23 Dorm opens at 2:00 PM. Students return by 7:00 PM.
  • Saturday, April 11 Open weekend.
  • Thursday, April 16 Parents' Weekend begins at 9:00 AM.
  • Saturday, April 18 All students leave after activities Saturday.
  • Monday, April 20 Dorm opens at 2:00PM . Students arrive by 7:00 PM.
  • Saturday, May 2 SAT & SAT Subject Tests.
  • Saturday, May 9 Open weekend.
  • May 4-15 AP Exams.
  • Friday & Saturday, May 22 & 23 Spring Play Performances
  • Friday, June 5 School & Family Barbecue, 6:00 PM, followed by Spring Term Awards Assembly and Senior Bonfire.
  • Saturday, June 6 Twenty-Sixth Annual Convocation: 10:00 AM Students may leave after 3:00 PM .
  • Sunday, June 7 Dorm closes at Noon.

No travel arrangements should be made which necessitate a student's leaving School before designated times prior to vacation periods. Students are expected to arrive on designated dates at designated times.

Students may leave School to observe religious holidays at the request of the family.

The weeks prior to Thanksgiving Recess, Spring Recess, and Convocation are Exam weeks. Exams will not be rescheduled.
